• Decisiv launches MVASIST/Fleet Portal; Internet based portal that connects Fleet Managers to Service Writers.
• Decisiv enters into an agreement with and WW Williams (part of the WheelTime Detroit Diesel and Allison Transmission distributor network) to build a private label version of the Decisiv SMP for service locations throughout the U.S.

2002

• Decisiv delivers first version of the Decisiv Service Management Platform (SMP) to Freightliner subscribers. Industry's first service estimating application for the medium- and heavy-duty truck market released as a Windows-based system.
January
 
• Decisiv Services offered including training, consulting, information analysis and 20 Groups. Customers include top Freightliner dealer groups including Around The Clock (ATC), Truck Centers, Fyda Freightliner, Empire and Truck Country.
