MVASIST Introduces myMVOPS
Volvo service locations using MVASIST have already developed their own powerful set of service operations. To enhance the base operations package in cooperation with our partner, Decisiv Inc., we will soon offer a shared community space called myMVOPS. For MVASIST users, myMVOPS provides a far greater base of packaged repair plans to select from - created by MVASIST users based on front-line experience.

MVASIST at Vanguard...Vanguard Truck Centers a full service network of medium and heavy-duty truck centers located in Georgia, Texas and Arizona sells and services Mack and Volvo trucks as well as other medium-duty brands.

Vanguard and several other selected Volvo dealer locations across the US will soon be participating in a program with a group of key Volvo fleet customers that is aimed at revolutionizing the way they communicate and facilitate service on their trucks.

MVASIST users are seeing significant increases in the quality and value of their relationships with customers like Knight Transportation. The platform drives improvements in effective labor rates while increasing overall efficiency within the service management process, and ultimately creating a higher quality customer experience.

MVASIST at Knight Transportation...a 3,500-tractor national account customer of Volvo is entering into a program with a selected group of Volvo service locations across the US to revolutionize the way they communicate and facilitate truck service. “Increasing uptime is all about faster communications,” says Aaron Acers at Knight.

For Knight and other fleets, the MVASIST platform will enable them to do in minutes what used to take hours of downtime waiting for answers and approvals.
